overall nice loop from zimmerman through princeton (first ride in the area w/ local resident leading) I know we skirted the Sherburn Forest. |

Destinations:
The Restaurant /Bar in Santiago (Baileys ?) was great. Had the chicken fried steak special (very good... $7.95) and as we walked out we saw a plate of the largest, crispiest, battered homemade onion rings on the planet! (almost went back in) I am not easily impressed by how food looks alone, but take my word for it ( I am a 30 year Food service veteran/Chef) these O'rings would be worth the sledding trip alone! |
